This beautiful estate was designed to be nestled amongst grand live oaks and offers large, sweeping views of the Waccamaw River in Pawley's Island. OSD designed the landscape to be universally accessible by incorporating gently sloped walkways that connect drive courts, open air covered patios, lawn and garden areas and outdoor rooms.
In addition to providing the landscape architectural design, assisted in the bidding and negotiation of the construction contract and provided construction observation services for this project.
