The courtyard at the College of Charleston’s Chi Omega House takes its design cues from neighboring historic downtown courtyards. As a small, intimate space, the materials and plant palette are of particular importance. OSD incorporated subtle design elements, such as the inclusion of the sorority’s letters into the brick courtyard to add an extra layer of design to this charming space. Lush plantings provide a sense of privacy, while seasonal color to match Chi Omega’s official colors, adds excitement to the courtyard.
OSD provided landscape architecture services and is excited to lead the team through bidding and construction observation.
